How our careers team works
In each of our programs (Engineering Immersion, Engineering Nights & Weekends, Full Stack Flex, Data Science Flex, Full Stack Flex, Data Science Flex, Data Analytics Flex, or Product Design), career checkpoints are built into the curriculum to ensure that our students are prepared for the job search.
Thinkful students complete a series of modules designed to build up competencies in all aspects of the interview process, from phone screening to salary negotiation. Additionally, our career team helps students learn how to brand themselves, network like pros, showcase their portfolios, and navigate job offers.
In many ways, our career support is designed to help students land a new career even before they graduate. And it's not a coincidence that a very large percentage of our students receive job offers while they are enrolled in our programs. Currently, 90% of our Engineering Immersion grads land jobs in their field. Our career team is working hard to ensure that all Thinkful programs have the same stellar outcomes.
