Attending a coding bootcamp is a big commitment, both in time and money. With any big purchasing decision, you’ll want to be well informed before committing. You can read reviews, browse blog posts (hi!), and comb over course catalogs, but there’s nothing quite like an in-person experience to convey what your bootcamp will really be like.
So to get peace of mind, consider attending a coding bootcamp open house or scheduling a campus tour. It’s the closest way to try before you buy.
Attend a Coding Bootcamp Open House
Here at Launch Academy, we regularly host open houses at both our Boston and Philadelphia locations. An open house typically goes like this:
Oh—and we’ll always have something to eat and drink. (Spoiler: It’s usually pizza.) So be sure to bring your questions and an appetite.
If you’re considering multiple bootcamps, we always recommend attending open houses at each one (if possible). This is a great way to compare programs, get insider tips, and really get a sense of which is the best fit for you.
You can RSVP for an upcoming Launch Academy open house on the Launch Academy website.
Take a One-on-One Tour
Perhaps open houses don’t work with your schedule, or you simply prefer to have a more personalized tour. No problem! Our staff is available to schedule one-on-one tours of Launch Academy campuses in Boston (Downtown Crossing) and Philadelphia (Rittenhouse Square).
During a tour, you’ll see the campus up close and get any questions answered; you may also be able to speak with instructors and current students (time permitting). Send an email to email@example.com to set up your tour.
