DataCamp is an ideal online institution I've fortunately found, that teaches many courses, skill tracks and career tracks focusing on data analysis, data science, data engineering, and machine learning, along with different tools like Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, spreadsheets, and many more. Most courses in DataCamp are taught by experts in their field both professionally and academically, such as data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, programmers, university professors, and many more. The curriculum in a course is organized neatly with reasonable combination between theoretical and practical resources for learners to study and practice what they've learnt. From my experience, each course has 3-5 chapters, with each chapters having 2-4 video lesson (3-5 minutes long) with 3-4 exercises in different formats like multiple choice, fill in the blank, drag-drop, coding, etc. The video lesson itself is easy to understand, as the core concepts are briefly delivered, with good examples and illustrations provided. The approximate duration to finish a course ranges around 2 - 4 hours. Even so, by looking at the curriculum in each chapter and the course duration, learners are not so overwhelmed with the amount of content they'll have to learn and the time they'll need to spend finishing each course. Since the course is interactive, learners can always have the chance to work with the concepts they learnt in different activities, which keeps learners more engaged in the learning process. I could also earn XP point whenever I complete a video lesson or exercise. Another reward is that, I can also achieve a certificate of accomplishment after finishing a course, a skill track or a career track. Overall, I've enjoyed my learning on DataCamp because I know that there are many interesting to learn and different things to do in the exercises.
