You'll have to research the options in your area, but I can tell you how I do part-time at my school. I hold classes four days a week for two hours each (M-Th) and the from 8 am until 12 pm on Saturday. There are office hours on top of that and mandatory code reviews.
My program is 16-18 weeks (depending on whether or not you take the pre-course) and I break the main section into 4 classes that are 4 weeks long each. I leave a gap week of office hours at the end of each class (so they are really 5 weeks long) so that you can finish your projects.
I think that gives a good balance of lecture time and project time. My goal is not to teach you everything in 16-18 weeks, but rather to teach you to master a reasonable amount that you can build on after the bootcamp ends. I use the analogy of pouring water into a bucket. I can dump a million gallons on a 5 gallon bucket, but it's still only going to hold 5 gallons at a time! I believe that the human mind needs time to absorb what's being taught to truly learn.
