Ryan I purchased the DMI course and I got completely scammed. English is my second language and I have a hard time to hear teacher because of their accents. I first asked for help on their support chat online and was given rude assistance. I told them I asked for a full refund for almost $2000 since I only completed 10% and told them my situation. I was then told by my "support" account manager that I was the only one that has this issue and felt I was being called a liar. Their solution was for me to "READ" their subtitles…. IF I wanted a course to read then I would have done free research online. Reading subtitles while trying to take notes is difficult and not the type of course I wanted. I honestly feel they need to offer a free trial of the course to prevent these type of issues. I am out $2000 because of this organization and feel I was robbed. I was given little to no help from any one of the 4 people I've talked to. This is not a good company to learn from and feel you would be better off studying from General Assembly classes. Sorry to anyone that may be in this same situation.
