Very knowledgeable and helpful trainer plus teaching assistants. They never fail to reach out to us, making sure that we can catch up with the lesson. The materials provided were clear and go straight to the point. I even learnt how to execute marketing campaigns on my end and can use this knowledge to help with my own business.

The instructors were clear when conducting the classes and they were able to answer questions raised by the students. The class was enjoyable, definitely very useful and relevant especially during this period of pandemic. This is my first time taking a course over zoom and I felt that this might be my preferred mode of learning. Overall, the course was being conducted very well and professionally. | | Kimberly Chua | I am Kimberly and I attended the Introduction to User Experience Design course conducted by Smartcademy from 5th September 2020 to 20th September 2020. The course was extremely helpful in providing me with a good knowledge of what User Experience is and taught me the design thinking process from generation of ideas to the conducting of user research up to the creation of a high-fidelity mock-up of our prototype. I love that everything is very systematic and that we were able to have some first-hand experience on how the design thinking process is applied at every step which deepened my understanding towards the whole design thinking process. The instructor, Mark Ong, was also superb and goes above and beyond by providing us with knowledge outside of the scope of the courses and offered to review and check in on our project outside of the course period. I would strongly recommend anyone who is interested in learning about User Experience Design to attend this course as it serves as a strong and solid foundation to the basics of User Experience, and it’s a good platform to kickstart your User Experience Design journey. Any interested trainees who are looking to take a step into UX design should really look for Smartcademy, or better yet look for Mark as the instructor! |
