	McKinsey Fish	What I loved about this course was it provided well beyond what I would have expected for a Scrum Master & Agile intro course. Larry, Jim and Edward provided insight well into the importance of why a company needs to use this approach. Going into the issues of capacity / workload, employee morale, cost to delay, understanding technical debt and much much more. I walked away with so much useful insight and have been able to utilize so much of what he taught. Larry is a great speaker, engaging and clearly has great knowledge of this. I would highly recommend taking this course. Thank you so much for hosting this class and providing this great resource for so many people.
