This camp is designed to help you gain the broad understanding of the Salesforce platform needed for starting down the path of becoming a Salesforce Administrator. In this camp you will be introduced to the fundamental features and functionality for setting up, using and maintaining a company’s Salesforce account. You will leave with an introductory Salesforce platform knowledge and know what to expect when taking the Salesforce Administrator exam.

This course is designed to help participants gain a broad understanding of the Salesforce platform, for ideally starting down the path of becoming a Salesforce Administrator or consulting on the Salesforce platform. Participants in this course will be introduced to the essential features and functionality for configuring and maintaining an instance of Salesforce as well as deploying changes to users.

Participants will leave the course with an expertise of introductory Salesforce platform knowledge and deep sense for what to expect when taking the Salesforce Certified Administrator Exam and Platform App Builder Exam. They will also leave with hands-on experience configuring the core aspects of implementing apps on the Salesforce platform.
