Developers in Vogue's vision is to shape a world where more African women will be daring enough to lead in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields. DiV trains females in the latest technologies and connect them with jobs.
Females learn using a practical and project-oriented curriculum. They are also assigned dedicated mentors to provide guidance and support. After enrolling in our training, ladies are matched with real-time projects to apply their skills and earn an income. They are also exposed to internship, full-time and remote job opportunities.

Developers in Vogue is an initiative that teaches girls how to code. It's vision is to bridge the gender gap in the fields of STEM. Developers in Vogue or DIV for short has a lot of initiatives that developed us not only to be developers but also to become leaders in our communities.Two of these initiatives that personally have helped me is the pair programming and the post boot camp support.
At DIV everyone is given a pair programmer, someone to work on a project with. Though that was all they told us it was, I saw that there was a lot more to it.
