Everyone was embraced and accepted no matter their background. The program itself is an extremely comprehensive, well structured, and hands-on crash course on tech sales and what skills one needs to not just succeed as an SDR but a foundation of skills, processes, and technologies needed to excel in tech sales. The instructors are all current sales professionals who don't just teach theory but rely on their experience to relay the knowledge. The support team is dedicated to the success of every student and will work diligently to make sure that every graduate shines! I know that my landing an AE role in fintech is a direct result of my Flockjay training. I would highly recommend the class to anyone looking to break into tech sales or experienced non-tech sales professionals looking to uplevel and learn something new.

The process was amazing before joining the program and after graduating is like not having left at all! Diversity and Inclusion are lived, seen, practiced, and respected with our Flockjay family! The support you get and the possibilities are second to nothing. I had applied to places before and the farthest I ever got was a cookie-cutter automated email but with Flockjay I got as far as Take Home Assignments and meeting with decision-makers which is kind of unheard of when you're from an underrepresented community like myself. I have gone through an IT accelerated program, an accelerator program, being part of groups made by folks from Forbes 30 under 30 and more so I am proud to say that Flockjay is in a special place and a top-notch mission that exceeds previous boot camps and sets the standard for what education, diversity, business, and support should be! They have given folks who were in tough places a fighting chance to live and love humanity in a way others should strive to share with everyone. This was a journey for the ages and one that goes on history's timeline as being legendary! I learned both the science and art of selling along with the technical skills needed to break ground into an industry completely new to me. Take advantage of the office hours, reach out and connect with your tech fellows. After graduating, I landed a job within three weeks. It's worth it, and you have a dedicated group more than willing to help you succeed!
