Probably the worst experience ever in taking up a course online. Worst support system and sales people also not well educated on what they are selling.

I took up this course clearly mentioning that I was interested on assignments and projects. After several... Read More follow ups and sending mails finally someone replied with link to some assignments and sadly the solutions link is not working.

I have been made a victim of online sales and feel cheated.

You would never get a reply from their customer support. Horrible management and horrible experience. Stay away from this.

Based on my experience, the live sessions were highly interactive with lots of hands-on exercises.

The classes are very cool and u will never feel bored at all. Highly interactive and learning is a fun. Not even one question has gone unanswered. Teaching style is really good. Good to learn from him.

I was looking to enhance my understand of SAP and came across Intellipaat. I was contacted by one of their sales reps via the phone and she offered me a class at a discount. She did not tell me that if I took the discount, I would not be eligible for... Read More a refund. The course they signed me up for was not what I needed (it was geared toward IT and not the end user) so I contacted Intellipaat for a refund.
1. I got several emails where they kept telling me to call an international number that I could not call on my phone and ignored me when I told them I couldn't call the number they provided.
2. I finally found a number on their website that I could call after several attempts to work with their customer service via "chat" that failed.
3. They kept giving me the run around. After 3 months, 20 emails and countless phone calls, they still have not refunded my money and have ignored my requests.

These people have the WORST customer service I have ever seen!!
