IK focused on developing and improving problem solving skills and analytical thinking rather thank just giving a problem and a coding solution. Read More organized where they first focused on DS-Algo, then System Design and then Behavior and career skills like salary negotiation and understanding the offer letter etc. Every topic in every section was divided into 3 parts. 1. Foundational Material that is necessary to build a basic understanding. 2. Live Class which is recorded and has in-class questions and 3. exercises to practice the in-class questions and additional practice question with a solution session later on. Along with all of these we also had Mock interviews and additional coaching if required. All in all due to their approach, classes and the amount of practice, I was able to get into google and triple my salary.
