I was given lots of priceless UX resources with lots of practical assignments to help me master the process and skills involved, that made me felt like I am responsible for the work at hand. They also understood that at some point in time, challengers will miss out due to issues like, misunderstandings within teammates, tiredness, and information overloading etc, so they made out a day in every week for challengers to heir their frustrations or challenges which are resolved swiftly, this helped me alot personally.
