Wondering why this site is receiving 5 star reviews? I registered for the CBAP certification training and I was told that its meant to prepare students for the CBAP exams. I attended the first class and noticed that majority of the students are new bees... Read More to Business analysis and have never heard of CBAP, IIBA and Babok before. The tutor spent over an hour trying to explain what CBAP or business analysis is and this was meant to be a CBAP exams preparation training. The tutor was reading through slides and couldn't explain anything. She was done explaining a task within a knowledge area in 3 mins. The self study materials were scanty. You can't rely on this training to ace the CBAP. I sent emails requesting that they should refund the money I was charged but they declined to respond. Have been reaching out severally and have received no response. But they were all over me calling every minute when I wanted to sign up for the program. Please avoid this course at all cost!
