	Anonymous	Attending DecodeMTL was a valuable experience and allowed me to meet some great people and find a job within a couple months of graduating. I've now been at that job for 2 years and am growing as a developer week after week. Overall the subject matter was relevant and current, and the teaching was tailored to the student. The challenge provided to you and the amount you will learn scales with your commitment and aptitude. Don't shy away from pulling late nights and trying to build something crazy for the final project. Like many things in life, to get the most out of it, you have to set your goals high even if it means you'll fall short.
