Andres Rueda I highly recommend Journey Education bootcamps, the curriculum is up to date with the latest releases of React (hooks, Redux, useReducer, etc) and includes many intensive hands-on workshops. You will learn not only the latest trends about the MERN stack but also the most important concepts of coding. Our teacher (Josh Comeau) had a lot of experience and participated in international conferences. I initially signed up for a face-to-face program since all this was new to me. I had the idea that it wouldn’t work in a virtual environment so I dismissed this option. However, due to COVID-19, we had to go virtual and I couldn’t be happier. While the program kept its professionalism and the technical advisors kept supporting us with any doubts or issues we could have during the learning process, we also had the advantage of learning from home. I could concentrate on my learning without worrying about the time wasted with commute. I doubted the program before I signed up because it didn’t guarantee an internship or a job once it’s done and I couldn’t have been more wrong. The program philosophy is that success is only in your hands, but this will not prevent you to be accompanied every step of the way by the career services team. By following their advice and working hard on my job applications, I was able to land in a great position as a Full Stack Web developer in less than a month after graduation
