Anonymous Idid the full stack web development course in Kal Academy. I had previous industry experience but not in the MEAN and MERN stack which were a part of this curriculum. What I liked about the course is that Kal helps you setup a real industry like environment, complete with a team, collaboration platform and projects where you build something using the concepts learnt in class. She creates a corporate type team environment in the class which gets you back in the habit of working as a team. You also have to spend a considerable amount of time outside of the class, if you really want to benefit from the course. Also, Data structure and algorithms was the part of the course which really helped us to face the real interviews Kal is a great teacher and she is very approachable and responsive to student queries. The best part of doing a course from Kal Academy is the level of outside support she offers in terms of helping to find a job (via internship opportunities, mock interviews etc). She sends out information about upcoming opportunities, networking and hiring events regularly and stays in touch with her cohort even well after they have finished the course. I highly recommend Kal academy to everyone who is looking for career change, job change and return to industry after a break.
