	Liz Yin	I completed Product Leader course today with Shilpa Vir and learned a lot. My favorite parts of the class include: 1. doing group exercises with classmates of diverse background and experiences; and 2. learning from feedback from Shilpa, our instructor, and reflections from classmates that helped bridge concepts with real-world challenges. Shilpa demonstrated extensive knowledge in production management and her passion for product management was contagious. Her unique insight and perspective were particularly valuable for me who have years' experiences in adjacent disciplines but is relatively new to Product Management. One suggestion to make the program even stronger would be to consider implementing some sort of Office Hours so students can get additional guidance outside of the class to maximize learning. The Office Hours may be hosted by instructor (or a teaching assistant) and scheduled dynamically on a needed basis.
