	Anonymous	1- dishonest communication: what is said during phone calls is wrong. They always have a unique opportunity for you that would disappear today. do not fall for it. 2- Old content 3- cannot view sessions recordings 4- labs do not work 5- negative support: they support by sending you non-useful generic emails. so you end up wasting your time in addition to your money
