| | Sebastian | After taking advantage of the Software Development Academy (SDA) offer of the remote course "Software Tester" in the form of a bootcamp, I can safely say that there is a very good place to acquire a lot of knowledge and acquire first experiences in the form of workshops related to the subject of the course for complete beginners. When signing up for the course, you need to be aware that the knowledge gained during the course requires supplementing, or often to be repeated, because although the course lasts 116 hours, the material is presented in compressed blocks. SDA also gives access to the necessary materials - knowledge bases and materials available for study, and to a free e-book and audiobook rental service related to the subject of the course. The trainers showed a lot of knowledge, but not all of them had the gift to pass it on. However, after reporting this problem to the organizer, the support department rose to the occasion and the problem was solved, for which I would like to thank Izabela G. Especially thank you for the sensational lectures to Jacek W., who was the best lecturer during the entire course. I think the organizer should make sure to have more experienced coaches like Jacek. I also rate the quality of the help obtained by most of the lecturers very highly. My rating is 9/10 Career advice at SDA is also of a high standard. Thanks to them, I modified my profile on LinkedIn, completely reworked my CV and underwent sample recruitment interviews. I am glad that I can still take advantage of additional activities by coach and with a trainer, which is taken care of by Olga J. for which I also thank her. My rating 10/10 For me, the "Achilles' heel" at SDA is the very organization of the course, which was reflected in the quality of the course. The organizer should perform the initial verification of the students with the knowledge of the basics of computer skills, software environments in which the students have in their computers, as well as trainers in terms of what programs they want to train. In addition, the form of introductory classes conducted by Ms Agata K.S. they really have a lot to be desired. Fortunately, it wasn't imparting any necessary knowledge. Zapisując się na kurs trzeba być świadomym, że pozyskana wiedza podczas kursu wymaga o uzupełnienia, lub często do powtórzenia, gdyż pomimo, że kurs trwa 116 godzin, to materiał jest przedstawiany w skompresowanych blokach. SDA daje dodatkowo dostęp do niezbędnych materiałów - bazy wiedzy i materiały dostępne do nauki oraz do bezpłatnej wypożyczalni ebooków i audiobooków związanych tematem kursu. Trenerzy wykazali się sporą wiedzą, ale nie wszyscy mieli dar do jej przekazywania. Jednak po zgłoszeniu tego problemu do organizatora, dział wsparcia stanął na wysokości zadania i problem został rozwiązany, za co wielkie podziękowania należą się Izabeli G. Szczególnie dziękuję, za rewelacyjne wykłady Jackowi W., który był najlepszym wykładowcą podczas całego kursu. Myślę, że organizator powinien zadbać, aby mieć więcej tak doświadczonych trenerów jak Jacek. Jakość uzyskanej pomocy większości wykładowców również oceniam bardzo wysoko. Moja ocena 9/10 Doradztwo kariery w SDA również jest na wysokim poziomie. Dzięki nim zmodyfikowałem swój profil na portalu LinkedIn, kompletnie przerobiłem swoje CV oraz przeszedłem przykładowe rozmowy rekrutacyjne. Wielkie podziękowania też dla Małgorzaty B., która oprócz tego co jest w jej zakresie programowym wesprzeć dodatkowymi radami i cennymi wskazówkami. Cieszę się, że mogę jeszcze skorzystać z dodatkowych zajęć coachem oraz z trenerem, nad czym pieczę trzyma Olgi J. za co również jej dziękuję. Moja ocena 10/10 Jak dla mnie "piętą achillesową" w SDA jest sama organizacja kursu, co odbiło się na całej jakości kursu. Organizator powinien robić wstępną weryfikację kursantów z wiedzy podstaw obsługi komputera, środowisk software w jakie kursanci mają w swoich komputerach, jak również trenerów pod kątem na jakich programach chcą szkolić. Poza tym forma zajęć wprowadzających prowadzonych przez Panią Agatę K.S. na prawdę mają wiele do życzenia. Na szczęście to nie było przekazywanie żadnej niezbędnej wiedzy. Za to wielkie dzięki za profesjonalne podejście do klienta dla Pani Jagienki P. która pokazała, że jeśli się chce, to można osiągnąć założony cel. Moja ocena 6/10 Ogólnie widać wielkie zaangażowanie większości osób zajmujących się grupą i myślę, że po zakończeniu kursu, że można liczyć na wsparcie z ich strony. |
