	Claire McCormick	The course is conducted through a series of videos which you can watch in your own time, monthly webinars and practical projects which allow you to put your learnings into practice. Through the projects you get to try out UX techniques first hand by conducting usability tests, creating customer journey maps and design prototypes. The videos were easy to engage with because the content was relevant and interesting. Would recommend to anyone looking to get into UX or further upskill in the discipline.
	Natalia	This program es very complete. I thought that the pace and the depth of it was very good and you get to learn while applying that knowledge in your own project. The learning materials are well thought out and planned, and the videos are simple and very well produced. The support that you get from everyone is also very good: they are there for you all the time to answer any type of question. The only negative or weak element is that the mentoring isn't very personalised, and, in my opinion, it is too brief. However, the mentoring that you get is good, and the mentors are nice and professional.
