Silviya Dinkova I am working as a UX designer for about 3 years now, and still felt the need to have a deeper understanding of the UX process. I was curious to see how the UX Design Institute has structured the process and if it matches my understanding and the processes I follow. And yes, we met at many levels and many of the things I already knew, but there were ideas that were still new to me. The structure the program gives is precious. Mentoring and working together with the Institute team is so useful. I recommend them to anyone who'd like to dive deeper into the UX process and have a clear structure for solving complex problems. I'm happy to share that I am a certified UX designer now.
Anonymous Great program, starting right from the bottom (beginner level) and all the way through the theories, practices, how to's and implementation. The course is well structured, in digestible chunks and extra help from monthly webinars, slack community and quick customer service response was great. I really enjoyed the course from start to finish and feel I have a real, in depth knowledge of what UX is really about.
