Alicia Reynholm Love this course! I had gone through and Udemy and DesignLab prior to enrolling and this was definitely on another level. The video lessons are really high quality and well organized. I was coming in with a background in graphic design looking to gain some deeper knowledge about UX and UI and how apps are made. The course makes some complicated concepts really easy to grasp. The first half of the course was more theoretical while the last half is very practical and you get to watch Elizabeth and see her workflow while she creates a SaaS app from scratch. I like that as I did the lessons things sort of connected and I was able to retain the information and see how I could apply it by the time I got to the practical part. I already had some experience with the visual and branding so that part of the course was familiar content, but I learned a lot of shortcuts and discovered so many resources that I never new about before. The mentorship was probably my favorite part, Elizabeth and Eric are really great teachers, good at breaking things down, giving career advice and are just easy to talk to. The mentorship alone was worth more than what I paid, not to mention all the discounts included to the design apps.
