	David Christoffersen	The Yandex Practicum program is a really great experience. I have done other programs but after completion, I was always left with an empty editor and no idea how to proceed. The Practicum program is different. Not only do they have a good mix of Theory and hands on assignments, but the sprint tests actually gets you building things from scratch. Now, an empty editor is my favorite place to begin. At the same time, I love/hate how realistic the experience is. I cannot count how many times I have gotten the RTM answer to one of my questions (in my experience, this is super realistic). But the real value comes with the CodeReviews. I have learned so much from the reviews of my code that I get at the end of every sprint. They go over your code, and gives comments...not just wrong or right, but also, hints at what to do next time. how it can be improved etc. It is awesome. I love the " just figure it out yourself " approach that they have. It does cost me hours of googling, but my google fu has improved to where I never really get all the way stuck. There is always another angle, or something I can try to move on. I can recommend the Practicum bootcamp. Yes it is pricey, but it is so worth it. if you finish it, you finish with some real skills.
