Rodrigo Galvez I like to start the class with content and then a challenge. I take the students out of the room to draw and plan the resolution. Then they go to the room to be implemented. At the end they present their work in a plenary session. Sometimes I exchange jobs between groups. Then another group must continue the experience, as if a company had gone bankrupt and they had to enter another project already started. The learners say that this type of exercise entertains them. For some of them, this is his relaxation, a distraction from daily living. I realise that I applied the methodology before knowing it. I think the method comes out of the traditional, is novel, and is a more realistic simulation of a work environment.
