Flockjay has provided a fighting chance to many lives across the US and from all walks of life! I have a background as an IT Engineer so I was not new to tech but had resigned from my last two positions due to racism, discrimination, and/or extreme toxicity. This naturally always led me to seek more which I came across a group of people on a mission called Flockjay. The process was amazing before joining the program and after graduating is like not having left at all! Diversity and Inclusion are lived, seen, practiced, and respected with our Flockjay family! The support you get and the possibilities are second to nothing. I had applied to places before and the farthest I ever got was a cookie-cutter automated email but with Flockjay I got as far as Take Home Assignments and meeting with decision-makers which is kind of unheard of when you're from an underrepresented community like myself. I have gone through an IT accelerated program, an accelerator program, being part of groups made by folks from Forbes 30 under 30 and more so I am proud to say that Flockjay is in a special place and a top-notch mission that exceeds previous boot camps and sets the standard for what education, diversity, business, and support should be! They have given folks who were in tough places a fighting chance to live and love humanity in a way others should strive to share with everyone. This was a journey for the ages and one that goes on history's timeline as being legendary!
