	Kwek Yao Wei	Someone once told me that studying a UX course was pointless—but they never studied under Skills Union. Here, I found great mentors who truly care about my understanding of the material, and more importantly, push me to become a well-rounded, ethical, and driven UX professional. Sure, I could have learned UX on my own, but I would have lost out on their real-world anecdotes, rich experiences, and deep networks. There's just no substitute for good mentors, and Skills Union has that in spades. The curriculum is structured well enough to give any layperson a decent introduction to UX. Coupled with hands-on practice at almost every lesson, there's no reason why you shouldn't be a competent UX designer at the end of the course. If I had to go back in time and choose a UX course, I'd pick Skills Union again without a doubt.
