	Chantl Martin	I started the Intro to Data Science Bootcamp in February 2015 after a seeing Data Society at a conference in Washington, DC. I was a beginner to R and I was able to keep up with the pace, structure, and fully understood the lectures. The class was very diverse, many students had no previous experience with R, some were already working in the field, some were professionals in other areas hoping they could learn something new to apply to their current roles . The instructors were data scientists and data science experts from different companies and diverse backgrounds. They did a great job in incorporating the diversity of the group in the lectures and fostering a collaborative environment between students, teachers, and staff. In my personal experience, I found the staff at Data Society to be incredibly helpful. I enjoyed their class and learned a lot in a short time. I decided to pursue a Master's in Analytics immediately following the course. Data Society has been incredibly supportive by reaching out to me monthly to check in, offering me advice, sharing their experiences, and answering any questions I have had. I would highly recommend Data Society to anyone thinking about taking a course in Data Science.
