Vvn 8/10 was my initial rating of Moringa School the first few weeks I was there. Why? Because part of me was curious as to what other institutions had to offer. Well this completely changed to a SOLID 10/10 after having interacted with Developers from other institutions on a competitive level. With a team of other Developers from Moringa School, we took part in the NASA Space APP Challenge 2017 and from our performance I for the first time fully understood why Moringa School is a a world-class Software Developer accelerator. Having been in Moringa School for just 3 months we were able to put to play skills that we had gained within this short period of time and we won the Local People's Choice Award. I am currently working as a Junior Software Developer; a position I secured immediately after graduating from Moringa School. The transition from school to the job environment for me was very fluid. Currently I am using a new framework thus learning on the job and this brings me to the one priceless skill that is emphasized on at Moringa School; Learning to learn. As you apply to Moringa School get excited for the code intensive environment and the vast soft skills you will be empowered with lastly as a Developer remember to grasp the valuable skill of learning to learn.
