Anonymous I am currently enrolled in this course and I have gone through all the reviews and there needs to be a major point mentioned. That is that there are 3 different classes, One of which doesn't meet with the other two classes on Saturdays and I feel that the majority to all of the negative reviews come from a single classs. As I do not come from that specific class I cannot speak on how there class is going so for the remainder I will speak on the class I am in. My class is very exciting, our instructor is very high energy and very knowledgeable. Just like every University and College not all instructors have formal teach backgrounds they come from the industry which our instructor does. Coming from previous programming experience / a college advanced diploma in Computer Engineering Technology, I can say with out a doubt no course is going to teach you everything. There is always a lot of self study especially to stay current. Programming languages change like flavours of ice cream. This course has provided more than just a foundation in Javascript, HTML, CSS and more. It's Only been half way through the course and I have definitely learned a lot from my time here so far and look forward to learning even more. The overall impression is that by the time I finish this course I will have the skill set needed to peruse my career goal of becoming a developer. DON'T write off the course because there are some disgruntled students who by all means need UofT to sort out there class. It's the first year of the course and there are definitely kinks that need to be worked out. All Boot Camps like this are very instructor driven and sometimes it's luck of the draw. You get out what you put in to the course.
