	Nathaniel Kilgo	I took the paid fast-track program back in May of this year. By August 15th I was interviewing, and now I have an offer at a big bank in Ohio. Thanks to the folks at IBG for helping me reach my goals. I would recommend the program to everyone!
	Rashad Jackson	Jobs. These guys are dead-focused on getting you the job. Anything that falls outside of the job is not emphasized. IBG presents a fresh, no-nonsense approach to tech training. The entire curriculum is agile-themed and is results-driven. You either get the work done or you don't. There is no hard time limit for completing the coursework. When you have completed the program, you're ready to work. Once you complete the work, you go into the interview phase until you get hired. I interviewed 3 times and got an offer within 2 weeks.
