	Ausrine Stankeviciute	I started my journey with Udacity scared and unsure if I had the technical knowledge and skills to complete it. 6 months later I emerged a whole new person with programming skills and technical abilities that I had no idea I could master. Udacity truly transformed me as a professional. Obtaining the Android Basics Nanodegree enabled me to get a job as a developer and get into automation. It lit a development fire in me that burns to this day! I found the mentor system to be an incredible way to get quick feedback and identify areas of improvement. The udacity student community played a vital role in empowering me on those crusial first few weeks of the course, it was my go-to place to get help on errors or share best practices and help others on their development journey. The course did require a big investment of time, especially for a beginner like me, but the investment came back ten fold! Looking back, it was one of the best career decisions I have ever made.
