	Ashley Velasquez	What I liked about this class are the community and reading materials. Larry also has a lot of experience working on teams and what that looks like. He promotes the growth mindset in acknowledging that being a SCRUM leader requires the ability to listen to your team and advocate them. He really highlights the servant leader concept.
