	Anonymous	The PG crew is different from others because they don’t give up on you and get you across the finish line with a PM job offer. Often times the best PM’s are those who haven’t traditionally been one their entire careers - whether it’s sales, finance, consulting, design etc that you started your first jobs in - it gives you an advantage not disadvantage. to all the doubters of candidates who don’t have direct PM job experience - PG has the proof that if you really believe in you and your ability to get and do the job, you can do it. PM jobs vary everywhere so they are focused on helping you find a fit that works for you. The PG team is very uniquely passionate, wise in their advice, and persistent! They rock!
