| Anonymous | I enrolled in the python boot camp and I come from absolutely no programming experience. I wanted to change my career path and hoped that the boot camp will allow me to learn the fundamentals and be valuable to the job market. So far I have not had much success in the job market. A lot of credit is given to soft skills and networking skills to really break into the tech industry more than your programming capabilities. I would recommend that if you are someone who actually has no experience, try to self study the basics on your own first because the internet is a great resource and its free. Once you familiarized yourself with basic concepts, then it would make sense to invest your time and money into a boot camp. I also wish there was more python concentrated material |
| David Simmerman | The Tech Academy's courses were well thought out and provided students with good information while offering help from instructors. The course content itself is not necessarily better than cheaper courses you may find online, which is why I left 4/5 stars for curriculum, but their live projects and job placement are fantastic. The live projects offered an amazing experience to prepare you for a tech career and really boosted my confidence. I was also able to land a job within a couple of weeks of completing the courses. Although there is some room to grow for the programming/coding information considering the price, the live projects and job placement are well worth the price alone. |
