	Brad Morgan	The Codesmith program was intense with long days and a large amount of information to take in. There is a lot of hands-on work and a good support system between cohortmates, fellows, and teaching staff. I didn't complete any of the prep style courses before starting. I struggled to keep up during the program, especially with algorithms. A lot of the material didn't click for me until after the program when I could sit with it to fully digest it but putting in the work made a big difference.
