	Valerio Fagioli Zucchi	After some problems with their teaching method, I asked if I could get a refund for the remaining month. As soon as they confirmed it, I sent them all the requested documents. They disappeared without answering for more than a month, after my email they told me that they didn't do any refund making me lose both the money and the lessons I paid for and that even if the lessons were bad, I could still do them if I didn't have the refund.
