I remember when I got my admissions into Lambda school in late 2019, one of the slides as part of the orientation read something like, "This is going to be hard!". They weren't lying, as someone who has gone through a five-year undergrad engineering course. Lambda school is probably up there among the hardest things I have ever had to do in my life, funny enough equally the most rewarding. The curriculum is top-notch, I can say this because I felt like I could apply for most industry jobs after only spending five months in the program, the students also make the experience equally more interesting, driven, and knowing why they are at Lambda. I got my job largely thanks to the skills I learned at Lambda school and navigating the job is way easier (my job also uses the agile methodology that got drummed into us while at Lambda, plus I have to work remotely now due to you know who and guess who has had to learn remotely for nine months?) I would give Lambda an 8/10 rating, the missing two is because the careers team still doesn't have a lot of hiring partners in Africa, which made the job search a bit more daunting if I compared it to the US and Europe.

The pros were relevant content, experienced instructors, great network, many opportunities. Working to solve real world problems. The cons were that it changes often, sometimes not for the better. Removed TLs which were a part of many people's journey.
