I had previous background with computer science, however I wanted to learn more about development process & get my hands dirty. After the course there is a career service, it's one of the reason I attended because I know nothing about job-hunting. The career coach I was paired with was experienced and always prepared; I am deeply thankful for her support during the job-hunting period. Regarding the 4-month course itself, the instructor was a knowledgeable & professional developer and shared many valuable perspectives. The materials and assignments were prepared well and imo met my demand for "getting my hands dirty". The one thing I feel that can be improved is that the instructor could be more prepared to teach; I had previous knowledge but not everyone had, so when the basic concepts were not introduced well I can see it caused confusion for them (e.g. the difference between deep-copy and shallow-copy; the concept of functions, scope and data structure). Sometimes the instructor just read the slides of codes, which I believe can be more condensed.
