I got so much more than preparation for a scrum master certification. With the topics of Constraints Theory, Cognitive Bias, Multiple Mindsets, and Systems Thinking I have a much better understanding of how "Work" in the Knowledge World differs from "Work" in the Physical World. Like I just got a new pair of glasses, everything seems more clear.

I wanted to take this class to continue to flex my grey matter and learn something outside the usual EA subject matter. This class taught me how to look at projects and event management with a new lens. Understanding how people are leaders and management does not always dictate the flow of success. The moderators keep an eye on the chat, answer questions while the international and domestic cohort members adds a different point of view that is based on their experience, or just post questions to dive deeper. The volunteers of the program are very educated in their fields and have a way of connecting and engaging with everyone. The best part of the program is the community and network that is organic and an overall excellent use of my time and energy. I attended every class with coffee in hand and found it was an invorgating way to start my day. Without hesitation, I would suggest and promote this class from the rooftops!
