James and the guys at the jump delivered the best possible learning experience I think you could have remotely, I know it was a challenge for them to maintain high standards while doing it all on zoom, and I think they managed it. Sure, I'd have rather done it in-person as it was a little harder to create lasting friendships, share experiences and collaborate, but that's life right now. I would make some tweaks to the course, perhaps the HTML and CSS segment could be a week or two shorter freeing up a little more time for Javascript as there wasn't enough time during the JS phase to solidify learning, it felt at times like we were flashing over core concepts and moving on to the next. When also working full-time it's just so hard to find the time to solidify. But I suspect this wouldn't have been the case if face-to-face, where James and the guys would have found it easier to gauge the learning pace of a cohort. So probably just a symptom of doing it over zoom! Overall whether in-person or remote you'll learn loads and meet some great folk. If you really have to do it part-time like I did then going through the jump is a no-brainer.
