	Anonymous	The company has a dishonest and deceptive refund / renewal policy. They exploit inactive subscribers with an all-or-nothing auto-renewal policy that prevents you from turning it off ahead of time or else you lose the full year that you paid for. Accessing the account settings is a puzzle by design. This serves as a distraction and obstacle for those who want to update or change payment settings and cancel subscriptions. When signing in, you are directed into a funnel sequence with no options to immediately access account settings. This serves their interest in keeping you on the platform and forgetting about cancelling that exploitive subscription policy. If you're interested in learning code, go somewhere else. Coursera takes better care of customers.
