If you're reading through this review, it means you're in the same spot that I was in 6 months ago. In a traditional 4 year university, it will cost an upward of 20 - 40k. In addition to the cost, it is the time. Time is a limited resource that a lot of us cannot afford. Hack Reactor is easily the best choice if you want to switch career without having to spend 4 years learning the materials to become a software developer. Now you're wondering, is it possible for a person with no coding experience to become a full stack engineer? The answer is YES! Hack Reactor does an amazing job teaching you how to problem solve. If you're looking for a bootcamp to hold your hand, then this bootcamp isn't for you. This bootcamp is made for students that are willing to persevere through challenges, and have a passion for learning. Hack Reactor has an amazing staff support, top-notch lecturer (best in the industry). Arguably the best part of Hack Reactor (aside from the technical) is the community (your cohort mates). When you spend 11 hours a day, 6 days a week, it became relatively easy to get close. These connections will transcend the 3 months of this bootcamp. It is a support system that will help you survive through the 3 months. This was worth the time, money, and effort. Everything that is worth doing will be hard. But if you're able to get through it, you will be an amazing software engineer.
