Get Started in Your Data Analytics Career

There is currently significant demand for qualified data analysts. Employers are looking for people who have business acumen in addition to the right technical skills. That's why we launched the Data Analytics Career Track.

While developing this course, we consulted hiring managers who shared that the most common reason job applicants don't move forward in the hiring process is that they lack business acumen and problem-solving skills. In other words, while technical skills are great, they aren't enough to get you hired in a data analytics role.

To set Springboard students up for success, 50% of the curriculum is devoted to this business analysis training. In this course, you'll master the necessary technical skills like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau, but you'll also develop business thinking skills so you can break down complex problems. You'll learn how to frame your analyses to provide tangible business insights to key stakeholders.

All of these skills will come together as you work through two capstone projects. For these projects, you'll select a data set, conduct analyses, synthesize insights in a slide deck format, and share your findings. Once completed, you'll be able to add these projects to your portfolio and demonstrate your technical and business skills to hiring managers.

Like in our other Career Tracks, you will have a student advisor and access to an online, active community of fellow learners, 1:1 weekly video calls with a personal mentor who works in the field, plus unlimited access to 1:1 calls with other mentors in our community. In addition, you will have 6 scheduled calls with a career coach, and unlimited access to more.

We're so confident in this course and its built-in support system that we're backing it up with our job guarantee. With guidance from our career services team, we're positive that you'll find a job within six months of graduating. But if you don't, we'll refund your tuition. (We've successfully placed hundreds of students in our Data Science Career Track and have yet to issue a refund.)

No other bootcamp offers this combination of training and support.
