Don't be fooled by this Bootcamp. They will tell you ANYTHING you want to get you to sign up. They say it will be $12000 (full time) but they alter the terms after you leave doing anything they can to get the inflated $24000. They do not have the clout... Read More with the industry that they claim. All they do is show you sub-Youtube quality videos and then direct you to the code documentation if you need extra help. They claim accreditation but none of the Universities will accept transfer. And as I mentioned, most of the shining reviews you will see are either from Bottega staff or recently sluffed off students who haven't realized how scammed they have gotten yet. I personally sent out over a hundred and fifty applications and talked to multiple recruiters. All said I either need to have at least two years in development or have a computer science degree to get a dev role. They don't take boot campers because they know "graduates" can't code at a productive level. I had to completely choose another career path just to avoid paying these scammers. If you are thinking about Bottega as an option please find something better. You can get the same education by reading the docs on the internet yourself, which they will just have you do anyway. Even youtube is better.

I researched several boot camps before choosing Bottega and I'm glad I did. The instructor was with us every day with the goal of making sure we understood the material. Was it intense? For sure! I read beforehand many people recommending part time instead of a full time boot camp. I would say now that is wrong. You want an instructor with you. Go full time. Also, embrace the struggle. You're going to struggle for sure, but that is where the deepest learning happens. Mistakes are fantastic because you remember them and learn a lesson! To sum up, go to Bottega and go full-time! You won't regret it!

Bottega is an absolute joke, the curriculum is mediocre at best mostly just videos and when you get stuck you are supposed to receive support from mentors to guide you thorough the program but they don't know anything and just send you the links to the... I just graduated from Bottegas 3 month full time program. The teachers really care about your success and make sure you are actually learning the material. It is hard work but in my opinion it is totally worth it. I am a 38 year old mom who knew NOTHING... But you must know not to take the course if you are not serious because it will just be a waste of time and money. The only pro to this school is those who help students with zoom calls, other than that, I have nothing good to say.
