Web Fundamentals

Course Description:

Our flagship course is designed to take an absolute beginner to a solid programmer in just 3 weeks by teaching them the foundations of the web: HTML, CSS, and JavasScript. This purely online experience filled with 35 video lessons, 130 code challenges, concept reviews, quizzes, and hands-on projects will give students the solid foundation needed for a strong career in programming.

Each student will be assigned their cohort of up to 15 students and their own instructor as well as access to the vibrant CodeClassroom Discord community. Every week there will be 3 live supplemental Zoom sessions that students can attend with their instructor:
• Midweek Q&A: A time to solidify coding concepts and get their questions answered • Happy Hour: An opportunity to chat and socialize with their peers and instructor in order to talk about all non-course related topics (job hunting, industry news, career advice)
• Lab Day: A long session for students to work on a larger Github resume-worthy project with their cohort and instructor.
