You get to learn coding together through pair programming as you also complete individual tasks. You also get a standup team who help one take stock of the day as well as relax. - The program also offers one an opportunity to learn about different cultures. It's an eye opener. I was surprised that most people think of Africa as a country. - The program also prepares you for the job search. They help you create a resume, customize Linkedin as well as other job profiles and socials to attract recruiters as well as assign you a career coach to help you navigate job search as well as negotiate contracts. Some negatives is its strictness. If you miss two weeks, either repeat two weeks or have an emergency, you repeat the whole module, which is 5 weeks regardless of where you were at. This can be quite discouraging for some especially if you were on the last week.
