Another great opportunity was that whenever I had to miss a class due to work or family commitments, I could go back and watch its recording, and then reach out to one of the TAs of that class to ask any questions I might have. And I am so grateful that Neotech matched my ambition and enthusiasm by helping me at every point. I actually didn’t start applying for jobs until a month after graduation because I wanted to prepare myself more for interviews. Neotech provides you career services until you accept a job offer, so my mentor provided full support during the month when I did interview prep. To my surprise, my first interview led to an offer, and I decided to accept it even though people said I could get better offers if I waited, but I didn’t want to risk it.
