At that time, I was already paying EMIs for Masai’s pay-after-placement model and had other personal loans. I told you I couldn’t afford another EMI or down payment, but your sales person convinced me, promising that with your placements, I’d clear my debts quickly. Trusting scaler, I took a ₹20,000 loan for the down payment and began managing the EMIs. The course began in December 2023, and though it was 11 months, I paused for 3 months for some personal reason. When I resumed, my DSA module, including mock tests and interviews, was incomplete. I finished all requirements by July 2024, but only completed DSA in December 2024. Afterward, I applied for placements. Despite building my resume with your guidance, I was rejected at the resume stage in about 20 companies. You provided no meaningful help or feedback—no guidance on improving my resume—so I never reached any interviews. While your DSA and full-stack content was solid, your placement support was severely lacking. I paid around ₹2,44,000, and with interest, nearly ₹3,50,000, yet received no placement. This is the honest and direct feedback I want to give you.
