Let's hope for the best for the future, One recommendation I would like to give to the new joiners is that before starting the Scaler you will be in a doubt whether to join scaler or not, course fee would also make you feel like that. But you should focus on entire curriculum and landing a good job in 1year. That's the main thing, you will feel like you are taking a risk while joining, but this investment will be fruitful if you put all your efforts with dedication and true to yourself.

Here are some things I'd really appreciated about scaler's DSA course and why I'd recommend it to other:

- To start off, id really like to appreciate the effort that has gone in to curating the material for this course. There are several tricks and techniques... Read More that are taught in this course to handle DSA problems (ones that you might have to dig up by doing a lot of research if you wish to cover DSA on your own). I saw this helping me more in particular when I was solving leetcode problems with more ease (I could recognise these patterns more easily than my friends who hadn't taken up the course).
- The instructors: each session went in depth about the topics they covered and was structured in such a way that we'd learn by solving problems. This practical approach made things easier for me when I had to solve problems on my own as I could relate between the problems solved in class and to my current problem. The instructors were also excellent, each of them ensuring to dry run each problem completely and writing the psuedocode at least so we could refer back to our notes anytime we wanted to.

- The assignments: the problems given to us to solve post class were wonderful and pushed us to be conceptually thorough in order to solve them. However for more practice (which always helps, and especially when learning a lot of deep concepts like those in DSA, I'd recommend using other problem solving platforms like leetcode/ codeforces/ atcoder).

I'm yet to give my mock interviews but I've watched a few recordings regarding them and I'm positive they'll be helpful in structuring me thought process and explanation. Overall thoroughly enjoyed taking this course up and it was really helpful.
